If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and refrain from purchasing or accessing any of our digital materials.

All materials, workout routines, nutritional templates, meal design strategies, caloric guidelines, and fitness concepts delivered through Whitaker Group LLC programs are strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Whitaker Group LLC provides three structured, tier-based digital training and nutrition curricula. Enrollment grants non-transferable access to program curriculum modules according to the purchased tier:

All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). Whitaker Group LLC reserves the right to modify pricing for future cohorts at any time without retroactive adjustments for previously completed enrollments.

Payment is required in full at the time of program registration through our authorized payment processing gateways. We do not store raw credit card numbers or financial credentials on our private application servers.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all enrollments.
• You authorize Whitaker Group LLC to charge your chosen payment provider for the full amount of your selected program tier.
• If a payment method fails or is charged back improperly, access to all curriculum materials and member portals will be suspended immediately pending resolution.

All contents published on this site—including text frameworks, training blueprints, caloric tracking algorithms, video breakdowns, design layout motifs, and brand marks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Whitaker Group LLC and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

When creating an account or accessing our training portals, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the website or digital materials to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international statute or regulation.
• Circumvent or disable platform authentication and digital rights security protocols.
• Share login access credentials with third parties or permit concurrent multiple logins.
• Scrape, mine, or extract structured data or program text using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whitaker Group LLC, its officers, managers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your participation in physical exercise, adherence to nutrition plans, or inability to use program materials.

In no event shall Whitaker Group LLC's total aggregate liability to you for all claims or causes of action exceed the exact dollar amount you paid to Whitaker Group LLC for the specific program tier giving rise to the dispute ($500, $1,000, or $2,000).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whitaker Group LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our educational content.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your program enrollment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Prior to filing any formal legal claim, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal direct negotiation for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.
